A complex of 5 luxurious, traditional, stone-built 3-bedroom villas, located in Anissara less than 5 minutes drive from the village of Chersonisos with its multitude of bars, restaurants, shops and walks. Top location at a central point of the northern coast of the island, ideal for excursions to discover beautiful Crete.
The villas are set in an area of 6000 sqms, each with approx. 1000 sqms fully landscaped private gardens and pool with magnificent view to the Cretan landscape and the sea. Each villa is elegantly designed, offering a smart solution for high quality vacations combining privacy and comfort with a short distance to the sea (800 meters).
The living room leads onto an extensive sun terrace with sun launches and outdoor chairs, a shaded barbecue area and a comfortable shaded seating area in the garden. The setting is perfect for dining in the open air, having a relaxing holiday and watching the sunset on long summer evenings.
Each villa is on two levels with private pool approx. 30 sqms, sleeps 6 persons (Indoor space of approx. 125 sqms., Living area of approx. 180 sqms)

We run 20 complex apartments at Hersonissos, Crete of which:

• 12 apts with one bedroom and a living room (accommodation 4 persons)
• 6 apts with two bedrooms and a living room (accommodation 5 persons)
• 2 studios (accommodation 2 persons and one child)

Most of them have two balconies, 16 of them are sea view and the rest are looking to a nice and tide garden.

The complex has been renovated in 2001 and they have living room with kitchen, bath (not shower) 24 hrs a day hot water, telephone, central heating and from this winter air condition and satellite TV.
